  • CNC Operator

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Understand and interpret requirements accurately, by effective questioning, listening, clarification and recording information.
    • Interpret and analyze blueprints, customer specifications and company work instructions to identify machining and inspection requirements.
    • Follow company work instructions to properly position materials into designated fixtures.
    • Verify machine program, position of materials loaded, start cycle and monitor machine’s operation.
    • Coordinate with Calibration Technician to maintain complete list of personal inspection equipment, maintain calibration/maintenance schedule, and immediately add new tooling to current company logs.
    • Verify conformity of product against blueprints, customer specifications, and company work instructions, utilizing internal inspection procedures.
    • Maintain daily inspection logs as per company standard.
    • Communicate effectively with Department Supervisors to correlate inspection methodologies.
    • Perform deburring of completed parts, as per company work instructions.
    • Maintain accurate daily records of job hours, hours worked, quantity of parts produced, inspections performed, etc.
    • Break down previous job setups and clean machines.
    • Replace worn and or broken tooling, as needed.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Monitor and maintain adequate levels of machine fluids.
    • Immediately report machine malfunctions, alarms, crashes etc to Department Supervisor.
    • Confers and coordinates with Department Supervisor to improve productivity, ensure quality, and meet deadlines.
    • Adheres to and enforces company ISO/AS policies and procedures as related to manufacturing processes.
    • Adheres to all Company Safety Policies and procedures.
    • Identify and address departmental needs for continuous improvements and resources, by communicating with departmental personnel and management.
    • Lift heavy objects up to 75 lbs, standing for extended periods of time, and working in a manufacturing floor environment

    JOB TYPE

    This is a full time hourly position, Monday to Friday. Overtime and weekends may be required at times.

  • Deburring Technician

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Understand and interpret requirements accurately, by effective questioning, listening, clarification and recording of information.
    • Interpret and analyze blueprints, customer specifications and company work instructions to identify requirements and select appropriate deburring method.
    • Review, verify and update work instructions, as directed by Department Supervisor. 
    • Prepare and pre-set all tooling required for finishing operations, as per company  work instructions.
    • Perform hand deburring, blending, sandblasting, and or additional finishing techniques to remove burrs, modify tolerancing, etc. of manufactured parts utilizing equipment such as; air grinders air hand tools, hand files, hand held deburring tools or other method as per customer specifications and specific job work instructions.
    • Perform re-work of manufactured parts to remove burrs, modify tolerance, etc, as directed.
    • Verify conformity of manufactured product against requirements on blueprints, customer specifications, job work instructions, etc. utilizing company specific internal inspection methodologies.
    • Verify inspection equipment daily to ensure accurate and consistent results.
    • Coordinate with Calibration Technician to maintain complete list of personal inspection equipment, maintain calibration/maintenance schedule, and immediately add new tooling to current schedule.
    • Maintain daily inspection logs, as per company work Instructions.
    • Communicate effectively with Department Supervisors to correlate appropriate finishing methodologies.
    • Notify Department Supervisor of any discrepancies.
    • Maintain accurate daily records of job hours, hours worked, quantity of parts produced, inspections performed, etc
    • Confers and coordinates with Department Supervisor to improve productivity, ensure quality, and meet deadlines.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Perform in-process and final inspections for deburred manufactured product completed by colleagues.
    • Identify and address non-conforming product and forward information to Department Supervisor.
    • Provides training to personnel on general company procedures, internal inspection methodologies, ISO/AS policies and procedures, safety policies and procedures, etc. in conjunction with supervisors and managers.
    • Adheres to and enforces company ISO/AS policies and procedures as related to manufacturing processes.
    • Adheres to all Company Safety Policies and procedures.
    • Identify and address departmental needs for continuous improvements and resources, by communicating with departmental personnel and management.

    JOB TYPE

    This is a full time hourly position, Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Overtime and weekends may be required at times.

  • Receptionist

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and management.
    • Understand and interpret requirements accurately, by effective questioning, listening, clarification and recording of information.
    • Answer, screen and direct all incoming telephone calls and emails.
    • Coordinate with colleagues and management to verify scheduled meetings with visitors.
    • Welcomes visitors by greeting them and referring inquires.
    • Assign badges and escorts visitors to the appropriate personnel.
    • Maintains security by following protocols, issuing visitor’s badges and monitoring logbook.
    • Provide administrative assistance to the Office Assistant or other departments, as necessary.
    • Provide general support to administrative staff, as needed, to ensure efficient office work flow.
    • Assist with the coordination and preparation of scheduled meetings, as directed.
    • Assist with maintaining accurate office files, as directed.
    • Create new, modify existing and save documentation as directed for future retrieval.

  • Shipping And Receiving Clerk

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Receives incoming product; such as packages; raw materials; tooling and any other items that are received as per company procedures and work instructions.
    • Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, compare identifying information and counts for accuracy against vendor packing lists, reports damaged items and or shortages to appropriate personnel.
    • Receives incoming items in computer system. Forwards packages to proper personnel or locates items in appropriate area. Forwards paperwork from received product to the office.
    • Examine outgoing shipments by comparing identifying information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other appropriate documentation to ensure accuracy and that shipment specifications are met.
    • Complete and maintain Forklift Safety Checklist daily.
    • Operates tier lift truck and or hand truck to move, convey or hoist from receiving area to appropriate work area or locates to storage location as required.
    • Removes raw materials from storage locations and re-locates to work areas as directed.
    • Re-locate jobs in process from work areas to next location as directed.
    • Re-locates materials and or product in computer system, as required.
    • Remove scrap bins at machine when full and replace with new bin.
    • Coordinate with Scrap Company for pickup of full bins.
    • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and storage area.
    • Coordinate with Expeditor to accomplish varying daily activities.
    • Assist Deburring Department and or other departments as directed.
    • Adheres to company ISO/AS policies and procedures as related to shipping and receiving processes.
    • Adheres to all Company Safety Policies and procedures.
    • Identify and address departmental needs for continuous improvements and resources, by communicating with departmental personnel and management.
